The average rate for a quality career coach is approximately $350/hr, but we charge closer to $200/hr because we work exclusively with students and early career professionals, a demographic that typically does not have substantial financial resources. However, we, like most coaches do not charge by the hour, rather we charge by program because whether our preparation time takes 1 hr or 10, we will put in whatever time it takes to help you achieve your goal at no additional cost to you. The investment for our 6-10 session coaching packages ranges from $1500 - $3000 depending on program customization.
