It’s kind of like being part of a college campus and designing your own major, but unlike college, you’ll enjoy lifetime access to your courses (including any future updates), with the flexibility to add new courses and features to your program whenever you desire. And instead of earning grades, your completion of courses and engagement in the community earns you free coaching credits - that’s bonus time with your instructor! And of course the relationships you build within the community will last a lifetime.

Founder
Cassie is a former biology professor turned career coach. For over a decade, Cassie has supported students and professionals, helping them secure career opportunities in science and medicine. Cassie uses innovative evidence-based teaching approaches and has equipped fellow conservation biologists with research discoveries instrumental in saving the world’s endangered species.
Today, she helps clients explore and secure career opportunities in science and medicine through her company Success in Science Career Coaching - that’s 80+ private coaching clients, 400+ workshop participants, and 7+ organizations and counting!
She currently lives in rural Michigan with her husband, two young boys, two dogs (one of which she’s trained to help her track turtles for her research), and one cat. She can often be found fishing, playing volleyball, or horseback riding.

“I was a nobody from upstate New York, part of a graduating class of a whopping 67 people. But I had a big dream – to become a college biology professor.Yet, I hit a roadblock when a well-meaning, non-STEM career counselor suggested I take out another loan for grad school.
